EAST NORWALK IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION

The East Norwalk Improvement Association (ENIA) is seeking new members. The Association has been active in East Norwalk for nearly 100 years.

Among various community activities, the Association maintains the East Norwalk Library, funded primarily through the Third Taxing District of the City of Norwalk.
